    Dear Sir,
    It is inform to you that we are taken the new BTS connection at Vill- Rasulpura. PS Hisua. District Nawada. Connection is complete was Aug 17 and EB in utilize. After 3 month we continue take the follow-up with Nawada EB office and local JE regarding EB bill but yet ur team is sleeping. No one is bother for revenue. Kindly suggest how the consumer will pay without bill. Kindly look it and provide the first EB bill. Meter no is SB3226577. Consume unit up to 30 Dec was 5190..
