    My name is Prabhakar registered Mobile no. 9818123758 and email add. prabhakars77@gmail.com. Two days ago I have ordered online some items
    Oreder no and Payment details are below mentiond.

    You just made a successful payment of Rs. 2215.11 at CLUB FACTORY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

    For future reference, your Order Id is 201712230810496101797.



    I want to cancel these items and refund my amount. But I didn't get any refund process. Today I have called one customer care No. Club Factory.com no. is 7544929673. When i told him regarding my cancel items he asked my Debit card details but when i realise he is froud person. I was very angry. Dear Club Factory team please help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.I want to cancel these items.
