Complaint Not getting one time replacement for display

    Dear sir,
    As the communication from mobile shop that the mobile I purchase I will be getting one time display replacement if I purchase new mobile at that time and I purchased j7 pro. Unfortunately my display got damaged now from service centre it's saying that my mobile is punched on Sep 14 but the scheme starts from Sep 21st. I am using Samsung for last 8 years. Last mobile was j7 16 it's display also was damaged and it costs 7000at that time I heared about this one time replacement scheme and I went to mobile shop they told me that it won't come under that only new purchase at that time will be considered.so I purchased new one Is the Samsung release these type of schemes for cheating customers. Very poor whenever I called for support I am getting very bad response.within three months my new mobile got damaged ok it's my fault but as a customer I have to get the proper consideration to change my display under the scheme you offered.waiting for your good response.
