Complaint Harassment by dell service center

    COmplete harassment through out the year. THis service centered has tortured me a lot. I was under a misconception that DEll and its service centers have sense of belongingness towards customers but no. They have tortured me with all stuffs they could. In feb 2017 i bought a laptop from Vashi and faced keyboard issues. Being a law students i didnt used to be out of city for internships. MY friend took my laptop in month of AUgust for servicing or may be in september. THey replaced my keyboard and within 15-20 days of that, the monitor display crashed. At that time they discovered a joint issue n m sure it came when first servicing was done because within 15 days after that i came accross the second issue. AFter the second servicing it was ok when handed but later on screen started coming out. i collected it from second servicing in the month of october. it has been less than one year that my laptop went for servicing for months in the servicing center without any good response. NOw its december. the screen which was popping out has completely detached from my keyboard and since this damage is not covered under warranty because warranty deals with normal damages they have refused me for service and want to charge me 7000 because they are sorry that they have harrased me, they arew sorry that due to their poor knowledge i am short of time, money and work. I have been waiting over there for 2 hours but neither the customer care nor the service center helped me. They just want money.
