Reg; Problems / Manufacturing defects observed in LG make Fridge -LG REF 278PNG4 [VG]–Sr No.309NRQV045596 purchased from your Kolhapur [Maharashtra] Dealer M/s. Rajakaka Electronics, Kolhapur 416239 vide their Invoice No.1174/13-14 dt 01.01.2014 for Rs.25,000/- 01.01.2014 - Complaint No.RNA-141030056604



Ref: My earlier letter dated 08.11.2014 copy enclosed



Kindly refer to my earlier letter dt 08.11.2014 –copy enclosed – which is self-explanatory.



In response to my complaint letter sent you. Your local dealer /service centre acted positively. As a result of which I have been suffering continuously due to non-performance of the double door fridge.There is no expected cooling effect, inspite of the fact that power consumption is very high.



Time and again your service engineer was called for attending the fridge, but he could not repair it properly.



During last month in November, 2017 also service engineer visited for inspection & repairing and told that filter & gas needs to be replaced. It was replaced with new filter and filled up again full gas and I have paid Rs.1800/- a per Balaji Services bill no.1166 dated 02.11.2017 but still no cooling effect. Your other expert service engineer again visited by end of last month and informed that the cooling pipes [which are inbuilt in Refrigerator body] are defective and gas is leakages and this pipe cannot be repaired and the ultimate solution is to replace the fridge.



From the sequence of above events and the problems being faced by me since beginning of purchase of this fridge, you will appreciate that it is high time for you to replace the fridge as the problem is due to only manufacturing defects.

I have tried my best to get the fridge repaired from your service centre, who also equally tried but without any success now it is beyond my patience as every day I am suffering the inconvenience and we cannot keep any materials in fridge.



Therefore, please advise your local service centre to replace this fridge urgently with almost same configuration of 4 Star category and double door having capacity of 260 Liters, totally free of cost and without deducting any amount of depreciation as it is manufacturing defects and not my fault. Considering the reputation of LG products in the market, please act urgently by replacing the fridge with new one of same parameters.
