Complaint Disappointed with the new flat

    Hi,
    It have been just three days that I moved to new flat at BTM stage 1(Krishnappa Nest - Moved on Saturday/25-11-2017). I scheduled to move in by 10:00 am but it was re-scheduled by nest away to 11:00 a.m. As flat was not cleaned as per the re-scheduled time,
    I waited for long then I moved in by 4:00 pm. I noticed the below things were not fixed at the time of moving,
    1. Bedroom Fan is not working at all which was supposed to replaced with the new fan said by the nest away employee while visiting the flat.
    2. Bedroom keys are not provided.
    3. Bathroom's Mirror is failed to fix it.
    4. Cloth's hanger in the bathroom is not fixed properly.
    5. On top of it, Flat was NOT CLEANED properly.

    When I raised the service request, the reply was like "the house has been furnished as per standard package". I am really disappointed with the new flat and services.
    I don't think so, these things will be resolved by the team. But, I just wanna notify/inform you that I am disappointed with the new flat.
