    For the last so many months the concern official of the post office,Tilak Nagar, new Delhi 110018 either not delivering the dak,in delivering dak or delaying dak. Recently my banker issued a cheque book at my address by post but the same was returned undelivered to the banker BOI. In August/September registered parcel of urgent medicine was not delivered to me and the was laying undelivered in the post office,Tilaknagar new delhi for ten days. The was collected personally. It is also pointed out my other family members are also not getting post from this post Office. Please look in to the matter and take necessary action.
