I bought tiket from haldwani to nizammudin to Mumbai. Bought it from Haldwani counter there was a guy sitting name something Tamta. He was very rude and not even behaving in good manner anyways

The travel date was 27 and 28 i cancelled the tkt online nzm-bct and I was about to get around 695 refund. Online there was some option of counter cancellation i used and cancelled the tkt it flashed a msg stating collect the refund from the counter.

I went to same(hdw) counter same crap guy was sitting first a fall he asked us to fill the form which was wrong as we were just inquiring still we filled the form and shown to him informed everything surprised to know that he asked us to go to the nzm station to collect athe refund amount how pathetic !!
Called on customer care number starting with 011 they told it is offline booking so please call on 139 called on that number Preety was the girl who respond my call she asked me to call on customer care number how strange.

I asked her to transfer the call to senior after long holed i was able to speak to senior name Asha she was really bed in service she told me that yes sir you need to collect the money from nzm within the time period other refund will not be given what the hell????

Do understand this is govt but what customer service is doing and what the counter people are doing are they for the people or they are just to get salary that sit ????

Need my query has to be resolved or else i am gonna file case on consumer form.
