Complaint Non receipt of refund

    I have cancelled a wait listed Tatkal ticket vide PNR No.2661752215 and transaction ID No. 100000894954655 on 01.07.2017 for the journey on 02.07.17. The status of the refund is shown in IRCTC website as "Approved" and "sent to Bank". However, the refund has not yet been credited to my Saving Bank Account even after 20 days.
    Complaint lodged with care@irctc.co.in and reminders sent regularly. Neither they responded nor given the status. 20 days have alredy gone I am still in dark.
