    SUB : REQUEST LETTER TO CLEAR MY TWO HOSPITALIZATION BILLS OF RS 1,30,738/- AND RS50,260/- AS PER CLAIM FORM RECEIVED BY UR OFFICE ON 22 MAY AND 25TH MAY 2017.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT AS PER EMERGENCY( HEART ATTACK OR SUN STROKE ) BASIS I HAVE TO ADMIT ON DESUN HOSPITAL ON 7/5/2017 AS WE HAVE BEEN REJECTED FROM RAMAKRISHNA MISSION HOSPITAL .

    PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM PAYING ABOVE RS2 LATHS INDIVIDUAL MEDI CLAIMED FOR LAST TWO YEARS AND IT IS MY FIRST CLAIM FOR MY MORE THAN 7 YEARS POLICY BUT MOST SURPRISINGLY I HAVE RECEIVED RS90K ONLY AS A CASHLESS BENEFIT ONLY.

    SO PLEASE CLEAR MY PENDING BILLS IN A PROPER WAY SO THAT IT WILL NOT LOOKS LIKE UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE MADE BY BOTH DESUN HOSPITAL OR TPA. NOW A DAYS ALL HOSPITALS HAVE MADE THEIR PACKAGE AS PER CUSTOMER TOTAL POLICY AMMOUNT AND TPA HAVE MADE ALL HIDDEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS JUST TO REDUCE THE CLAIM AMMOUNT. BOTH HOSPITAL & TPA HAVE MADE SUCH A GAME PLAN TO SUFFER THE CUSTOMER AND MAKE A UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
