Complaint Did not receive passport

  • Passport Office Senapati Bapat Road Pune - Did not receive passport

    Hello Sir,
    File no. PN1067908682614
    Police verification is done but I did not receive my fresh passport yet. My passport status is "police verification is not verified and reviewing under regional office".
    Even two days back I enquired in kothrud police station for it. They told me that you have to go regional office.

    I want to know the reason behind it, why it is still pending.

    Please mail me details/reason behind it.
