Complaint Civil address instead if army address

    Sir,
    Myself Paramjit Singh serving in Indian army. I have made my passport from RPO Jammu. They have print my army address on my passport. Now I have apply in my dept for permission to visit to foreign country but they rejected that I can't go abroad becouse of army address on passport. You need civil address on passport. Sir please suggest me what I have to do now. My file no was jm1078705272015
