    Dear sir I have brought a new Samsung Galaxy grand prime mobile on April 4 2015 I have 1 yrs warranty but ur service center t blaming us for the fault the problem in my phone is that while charging it got automatically switched off but the service center r saying that it's not in the warnity period they r charging me 9,000 Rs for the repair pls help me this is my first Samsung Mobile which I buyed but sorry to say its bad response ever had
