RRVNL implement one toll free no.for all rajasthan consumers for registraction of electrical complain .How it possible that one toll free no.solve all rajasthan consumer electrical complain.
After this District level substation operater & engineers not listen consumer complain & not register the complain ,they say pl register the complain on line tol free no.Jaipur. They solve the problem.
Pl raised this point in front of rajasthan goverment for adopt simple method for solve the electrical complain.Goverment is problem solver not a create a problem.We hope You raise this subject in front of Patrica Paper.
