    Sir/Madam,

    Regarding "Order ID : SO-2022-001087893 || Products => CRYSTA QUEEN BED V2, COMFORT COZY KING MATTRESS"

    I'm regular customer of berlynoak, but this time I'm very much unhappy with your service. Paid amount on 4.03.23, I was promised to get my product by 06.03.23 but no communication from your side. I have contacted Your employee from Tambaram berlynoak many times but not satisfied with his response. If this is your service this is the last time of purchase from your shop. I have paid you Rs.37000 still waiting for single update of my product. No communication from your end feels very worst. Arrange to send product within 2 days that is 12days from booking. Else cancle my order let me book from any other good shop.
