Complaint Rankguru not working........

    Sir
    My Daughter, M.Divya Sri (SCS507759), Present 7th class, studying since 2015( from 1st class onwords) & my Son, M.Viswa Viraat (SCS1043964), Present 2nd class since 2020 (from 1st class onwards).
    Every year taking Rankguru App.
    Now this year , still it is not working.......I given complaint at school also, 1 month over,
    Please do needful as early as possible.
