    I am a Government School Teacher. I am on 2nd March .. ABT Maruti Suzuki show room, METTUPALAYAM. TAMILNADU. 641301. I had booked the ERTIGA Vxi CNG (White) vehicle for ₹ 11000 in the showroom located at the address. Then on June 1st the vehicle will arrive and the sales manager of the showroom told me to pay the money. I paid ₹ 1.39L (30000 + 30000 + 79000) on the 24th of May. Then, on May 31st I paid ₹ 921350 through INDUSIND BANK car loan. I have now fully paid for the car delivery. On June 1 I went to the showroom and approached the sales manager. He told me not to go to the coimbatore district head branch and ask. I went there and saw sales manager Fredrick and told him the thing. He sent word that the vehicle would arrive on June 20th. Today is June 19th. The call did not come until this. They keep wandering. My father was recently hit by a 3 phase line electric shock and is struggling with serious injuries all over his body. We travel 40 km by auto once a week and take him for medical treatment. It would be convenient for us if the vehicle was delivered on time as stated by their Maruti Suzuki company. It is very worrying to get rid of it and keep your customers wandering and treat it so low quality. In one more week I will get the car EMI ₹ 17800. For a vehicle that does not arrive, I am going to pay the EMI in the coming month. You have to answer for this. I lost the confidence I had over their company. Please do not lie to us and tell us that tomorrow will come and tomorrow will come the next day.Telling the truth, I kindly request you to make available to us the booked vehicle as soon as possible.
