    This is regarding booking for Salon service given by your representation on 22nd Oct 2020
    Anita Mondal.

    I have spoken more than 15 times with your customer service from 28th Oct till date to share her Health status or Arogya Setu status between 22nd to 30th Oct as I am sure she was COVID positive when she came to my home for service

    Without resolving my issue your customer service is closing my complain in system (Urban clap mobile app) saying we don’t have record !

    She sneezed , she used my washroom, she Denied booking over phone to someone else saying she wasn’t well

    I need to know proof of her health status between 22nd Oct to 30th Oct because my entire family got COVID positive after her visit
