    On 16th November 2020, at 3:30 PM a Toyota Innova with REGNO :- KL E 8287 when we was at pala had wheel bearing and was unable to travel with the car. Hence, we moved the car to recovery in Nippon Kottayam Service centre. There advisor Mr Akhil informed us that the car’s hub unit was needed to be replaced. That being so as per Mr Akhil’s advice everything was replaced.

    After replacing all the parts, the ABS warning light wasn’t off, the break was spongy and even the Kottayam service centre didn’t screw the bumper properly. Without doing anything properly the bill was charged for the above for replacement and repair. WE THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND PAID THE BILL BECAUSE WE TRUSTED TOYOTA!!!!     When there was a feedback call from Nippon ernakulam head office we already informed this issue. On the same day, we thought of consulting it with Kollam Nippon Toyota as we are Kollam based. On the way to Kollam when a vehicle was overtaking a truck from the opposite side due to spongy break our car was hit to the truck. OUR CAR BECAME A TOTAL LOSS!!! DUE TO YOUR CARELESSNESS TWO PEOPLE ARE NOW SERIOUSLY INJURED AND HOSPITALISED!!

    We already informed this issue to head office and Kottayam service centre but they’re not even replying.

    WE NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It’s all due to the carelessness caused by Kottayam service centre.
