My name is Uday Shankar Jha residential address village bathai p s manigachhi district darbhanga Bihar .
I wanted to say something about my father's name Mahesh jha murdered Case.
My father have been murdered by his nephew named Pintu jha@ Jitendra Jha with the help of his mother Sushila Devi ,wife Gayatri Devi,bhabhi Poonam Devi, support'of villagers named Ashok Jha, Bhola Jha,jyotish Jha regarding property of land dispute on dated 22/10/18 midnight. First all' ecused have been tourtured for some hour's after that he killed them. They throw my father's dead body at near about 40 km distance Sara Mohanpur Darbhanga .
My Case is registered at Sadar darbhanga police station fir no 423/18 on dated 24/10/18
At that time I was in Punjab due to mundan of children ceremony. My father were alone at that time in Village.
In the beginning of Case local police officer not try to arrested them or nor call him in police station for investigation . Local newspaper printed about that accused and Mahesh jha murdered Case.
But after approximately 2months Bihar police officer arrested Jitendra Jha with the help of Mumbai police Kalwa police station.
Local police officer not take him all accused on police remanded for proper investigation of the Case.
Local police officer submit the charge sheet of Jitendra Kumar Jha in darbhanga Court without Full fill the dairy report's.
I can proofed that in Court local police officer not worked with honestly in the Case . My witness have already ginen the witness in police station of Sadar darbhanga, but not write his/ her witness in dairy report's either he writes the names of witness box but not mentioned what is his/ her witness .
On this basis he got a Bell from Patna high court.
As on till date police officer of My Case have no answer of My some questions.
1. Local police not tried to find out that vehicle. By which my father's dead body throw at Sara Mohanpur Darbhanga.
2.local police officer not try to find that's an equipment by which my father have been tourtured for some time.which is clear by Post mortem report .
I request to cm of Bihar ,pm of india, please transfer this Case to suitable investigation agency Cid/CBI for proper investigation .
