    Dear sir/Madam,
    I had purchased two Oppo F11 from Citi center2 Kolkata on 20-05-2019 and along with it as a free gift i was supposed to get two Bluetooth head set which unfortunately they couldn't provide on 2oth may but promised to provide it on 22nd may if i come on that date in the evening they wrote it on the bill along with the stamp, i asked them weather they r sure about it or not as i was leaving Kolkata on 23rd may as i was on transit and i live in Port Blair, Andamans. They said with out fail they will give it to me on 22nd surely. But to my surprise and shock they failed to provide it to me and again said to come back after two days when i said to them that i had already told them about my departure they said ask someone else to collect it,but after a while of heated discussion the manager started to behave rudely and almost threw me out of the store. This is a very bad example they have shown and i fell cheated as listening to them i bought two phones but now i am thinking i should have gone for some other brand like Vivo or Mi or Samsung. I hope my complaint will be taken seriously or what else can i do just won't recommend this brand to any of my friends or relatives or colleagues. Please look into this matter. I have the required bill and in it the mentioned Bluetooth headgears with the stamp for your discretion.
