Hey sir /mam,

This is all about to know if I can make any complaint for DTC bus services as from last couple of days I am travelling from the DTC buses for my office from the route to Uttam Nagar to Azad Pur and I see drivers and conductors don’t treat people and sometimes me well.
If I don’t have any change in my pocket for the fair the conductor can let me know easily and I can think to make the things sort out but instead of this they shout on the people like they are blaming us to not to carry the change.
If it’s related to AC buses conductor asked a man in the bus if he has AC in the bus bcz the man was asking him to turn on the AC as it was hot, means what to say is the conductor the real owner of the bus who can talk to the people anyhow he wants.what the way of talking a conductor should have if he can talk to the passengers like they owe they something.
Sometimes I wait for the bus on a bus stand and they don’t even stop the bus and it’s not only with me I saw it with hundreds of people on a daily routine.what do I do if I am not getting the good services I am paying for.it doesn’t matter me or who but if it’s about the things someone is paying from his pocket then it means he atleast deserves some good service.
Yes I saw some people in the buses who are really good drivers and conductors who always stay calm and treat good to the other people but why rest of them don’t have the same patience and etiquettes.

So my only question is if I can make any complaint if I see something not good happening with me or someone who is travelling by the DTC buses.
