I bought some stuff from dmart zirakpur
Address-568/727,chattbir road,ambala chandigarh road, zirakpur

I was charges ₹6 by the cashier. When i said him that u cant charge for the bag , he said that he has told the manager that people are saying that we cant charge for the carry bag .. then the manager said him that these are the orders from above authority.. so they will charge for the same.. even my uncle and aunt faced the same problem ..
i have already registered my complaint on consumerhelpline.gov.in .
Please provide compensation for the harrassment which is being faced..
