On Date:23-Nov-2018 I went to Fatehpur Shekhawati Mandi for selling moong to Samarthan Mulya Kharid Kendra. They charged me with ₹1500 + ₹500 by saying that ₹60 per 100 kg is charged for cleanig the moong and ₹20 per 100 kg is charged for labour purpose. I asked them for a printed receipt for this but they said that receipt will not be given . I want to know that this sum was taken by government orders or by their own will.
