My license expired and I applied for renewal of license.I got all form printed and got filled all online requisite document.submitted form at DTO office,Hazaribag,jharkhand and paid demanded fee.I received massage that my application approved.then I gone to DTO office hazaribag to collect the New DL.Man seating behind counter told that my photograph has been pasted at signature place and vise versa.they told me to contact the pratigya kendra where I got filled the forms ,to get corrected.he do not know how to change photo and signature vise
