    I had purchased one Sansui LED 32" TV on 24th Sept 2017. My TV having some problem and getting switched off automatically. I lodge a complaint on 23rd Sept and received one message that “BHU2309180005, which will be serviced by J9114590833”. I got one call from Sansui on 25th Sept (person name is Nirmala, mobile no 907905785) and he visited our home, but he couldn’t resolve the problem. He said TV’ panel need to be changed. After that no updates for next 1-2 weeks. Again got another call on 9th Oct and the person says his name is Jitu and he is the Manager, mobile no 9439255392. He requested to share the “Scode” since the request was in higher edge and he has given the confidence that he is the manager and he will resolve it soon. I message him the Scode and got the message next day that service request BHU2309180005 has closed. I tried to contact this gentlemen but he is picking his mobile. I enquired with customer service but no luck. I feel myself as fool.. it has suggested me to lodge a new complain so one more request BHU1310180024 created on 13 Oct. It’s more than 3weeks now and TV has not repair yet which is still under warranty. This is disgusting and this kind of service is not expected from an international brand like Sansui. This need to be raise in different forums and request to take action ASAP.
