i face a speaker problem

my sansui television is not working.i have booked complaint on 3.1.2018. till now it was not working. my first complaint number BHU0401180105 was cancelled illegally.again my complaint number 0401180105 was not attended by anybody. the engineer is saying spare parts are not available here. though my television is under warranty , he is asking me for reparing charges.
if the television is not reapaired today i ll go to Hon'ble Consumer Court.

I have lodged a complain complain to the Customer Care Bhubaneswar on 26.9.18 for repair of TV .After receive a message I contact over phone with Mr Kanhu in his Mobile No 8596970737 to service but not yet come to the spot for repair.He told me to sent mechanic but no body has come.In the mean time one week is going to be completed.Now Mr Kanhu not received mi phone.So you are requested to take appropriate action for the same.

I had purchased Sensui 32" TV in 2013. Only sound is coming without any pictures. Screen is blank. Couldn't get customer service number. This may be repaired. (M) 9437034172.

Picture not supisent and rulling

I had purchased one Sansui LED 32" TV on 24th Sept 2017. My TV having some problem and getting switched off automatically. I lodge a complaint on 23rd Sept and received one message that “BHU2309180005, which will be serviced by J9114590833”. I got one call from Sansui on 25th Sept (person name is Nirmala, mobile no 907905785) and he visited our home, but he couldn’t resolve the problem. He said TV’ panel need to be changed. After that no updates for next 1-2 weeks. Again got another call on 9th Oct and the person says his name is Jitu and he is the Manager, mobile no 9439255392. He requested to share the “Scode” since the request was in higher edge and he has given the confidence that he is the manager and he will resolve it soon. I message him the Scode and got the message next day that service request BHU2309180005 has closed. I tried to contact this gentlemen but he is picking his mobile. I enquired with customer service but no luck. I feel myself as fool.. it has suggested me to lodge a new complain so one more request BHU1310180024 created on 13 Oct. It’s more than 3weeks now and TV has not repair yet which is still under warranty. This is disgusting and this kind of service is not expected from an international brand like Sansui. This need to be raise in different forums and request to take action ASAP.

My SANSUI LED TV 40 inch not work since 15 Nov 2018.My complain No BHU1611180010. What is the status ? Awaiting for your prompt reply.

I had purchased sansui 1 ton split ac on june 2020 ,same was installed on 3rd july 2020.now my ac is not cooling and is under warranty , so request you to send your executive to solve the problem.
