    Dear Team,

    I am trying to connect you guys but not getting proper response from your side....i am unable to access the Airtel Tv and same complaint highlighted to u guys....listen i am suffering from last 15 days....i am using the 448 plan on my NUMBER 9212107261 and getting the acess of Airtel Tv but same benefit not getting and when i am trying to access the video/movies that one dialogue box open here and said me for recharge through 199......currently i am using 448 plan.....i don't know what is going on.....so request you pls look it this and help to get it resolve on priority.
    Other wise i have to move on other operator.
