I had opened the Kotak 811 account it is a zero account but they charged 235 rupees for virtual debit card in terms and conditions they said if you want physical debit card charges will apply. They are deducted my amount with intimating and also tried to call customer care number but it's not working , then how can we complaint about our queries . This bank also had so many bad reviews about amount deduction and tranctions.I think I wasted my time to open my account, if the bank will not redeposit my balance I will make newsence in websites about....
