    Your printed bill is not received. I will not pay my bill until the printed bill is received. I have informed you that I MUST get printed bill.
    I have also informed you that I DO NOT WANT HARASSMENT BY ANY MESSAGES FROM YOU.

    I the above two things do not happen, I will change to another mobile service provider.
