    Dear sir/madam

    I purchased Samsung mobile in march 2018 but some problem exsit to my phone so it was deposited at your center for 12 day and after receiving i face the problem that my voice is not hearing to othet side of phone. It was corrected by next day. To day i am facing the same problem so how can solve the issue and how many visit is required at your center.
    Can you provide any claim to wastage of my time to visiting your center when our handset is within warranty period
