Complaint Engine and mileage issue

    I recently brought CT100 from Kalyani Bajaj, Bangalore. The purchase procedures were good and done 1800km as of today.

    I have problem with the engine like the engine gets switched off when I accelerate, if the choke is used it goes on.And to come to normal, I have to ride at least for 5 km and release the choke. And this happens all the time when i start the vehicle after say 2hrs.

    Due to this excercise the fuel consumption is more,clutch and chain sprocket gets worn out and is damaged.

    As I will not be able to come frequently to the showroom and wait for 2hrs just to get the engine cooled down and spend another hour to get the vehicle attended.

    Please pick the vehicle from my workplace and get it repaired.

    I did speak to you personally on 11th of Sept'2018 evening at the time of picking up the CT 100 after service.

    In continuation of the trail mails. Mr Diwakar from kalyani had called me and arranged to pick the vehicle at my convenience and fixed the issue. However the mileage dropped drastically from 75+ to around 35KMPL.

    Thinking that I should wait till the second service. I continued using the vehicle for another 3200+ kms with the record mileage of 35KMPL for a 100 CC bike ...WOW
    On 11th I had given my vehicle for the second service and complained about the mileage issue and I also mentioned to you during our discussion that nothing would have been changed.
    Issues not rectified/unatteded
    1) Mileage issue

    3) The additional adhesive worth Rs150/- used was not informed and is worthless and not required for a 100cc bike that to with a awesome mileage except to raise the bill amount .


    Some suggestions/feedback
    1) Shift your service billing counter from the basement where you have the technology of accepting the payment after verification of the SMS sent to our phone but there is less or no Mobile signal.
    2) Add a couple of tables with executives to explain the service bill as you have for the sales.

    Anyways coming to the point CT 100 problems is a big question mark????
