    Dear Sir / Madam ,
    I have purchased Saregama Carvaan on Feb 3 , 2018 online. I am facing a problem of no charge of batteries and no sound output . As a result it's non functional since last three months .

    It was purchased with great hope to enjoy seamless original soundtracks . My calls on toll free number did not yield any positive outcome . Sincere request is to make it workable ASAP or give me a free replacement or get it back . Some of my friends who are interested in purchasing new one asking for its performance but I am forced to be tight lipped .

    Really not understand how to get a way out off this situation . Pl respond with some firm solution.
