Complaint Purchase of Sarees from Jashn.in on 9th Sept 2018

    We ordered online sarees (2 no’s) by doing online payment through Kotak Credit Card.Eventhough the cash transaction was through we did not received any confirmation.
    Later understood that the purchased material is not available in Jashn site.

    When contacted customer care for refund of paid amount , we were told that they will contact vendor for supplies of ordered products , will confirm on same later.

    Later when again contacted we were told that material will reach us in next 4 days.
    But thee is no written communication neither on registered mobile no nor in registered e mail address.
    The person in customer care said that the portal is not operating so the written confirmation is not possible.

    This surprised us being a customer that we do not have any confirmation of delivery of the product for which we already paid.

    This is very unprofessional approach from Jashn brand for which we were having very high respect.


    Now we feel helpless and think only a professional body can help us to solve this issue.
