AWB No : 15479929021 was reached Silchar on 21/07/18 but your website shows address not found on 23/07/2018, My question is if you are unable to locate the location than why you have not ring the contact no. Yesterday we have to contact 3 times to silchar office but they failed to deliver and today I have to collect the same personally. If you cannot deliver the items than never booked it. For this 10 days delay I have to lodge a complaint to Consumer court to give you a lesson for lapses of duty.
