    Dear Sir,

    I tried booking TATKAL tickets from Madurai to Chennai on 23 June 2018 through IRCTC mobile app, though tickets were not booked but the amount of Rs.941.80 has been debited twice = Rs.1883.60 (since I tried booking twice).

    I contacted my bank regarding this transaction, they confirmed that payment is credited to Zaak ePayment Ltd and provided the payment reference number.
