Respected sir i am hanzla or sir mene Xllth class CBSE board commerse stream se ki thi 2017 me.mene age ki teyyari ke liye CCS university me apply kra hai.sir ab usme o.b.c cota ki only 2 seat available hai.lekin abhi tak second open merit list nhi jari hue hai.jiski wajha se mera admission ruk gya hai.sir me batana chata hu ki 1st open merit list cut off 67 thi.ot sir meri 66.6 percent hai.agar sir second open list aajaye toh sir mera or bhoot se baccho ka ho sakta hai.plz sir aap se nivedan hai ki aap jald se jald second open merit list jari karane ki kirpa kre.
