    Hi Sir,

    I received below e-mail from Pf Department on Saturday, at 1:21 PM dated 14 April, 2018 with a below subject line:

    Sub-EPF Claim pertaining to UAN : 100749165554 : Details thereof.


    "Dear ATIT CHAUDHARY,
    Your EPF claim has been rejected by EPFO. The details are -

    Your Claim Form-19 ( MRNOI180450003424 ) has been rejected on Fri, 13 Apr, 2018. The rejection reason is/are-
    CLAIM ALREADY SETTLED



    Regards,
    EPFO.



    Please note Member ID no./ P.F. Account No.: MRNOI180450003424 is not my Member ID number.

    My Member ID no./ P.F. Account No.:
    MRNOI 15773880000010588 which still holds fund.
    I have already sent an email with a complain to
    employeefeedback@epfindia.gov.in,
    cpfc@epfindia.gov.in,
    epfat@epfindia.gov.in
    on Friday 13 April, 2018.

    Once again, I am raising my concern regarding my PF withdrawal "Claim Request" dated 05/04/2018 which was declined on 11/04/2018 stating with a reason 'Short Service' (Almost after 6 days of my Latest claim dated 05-Apr-2018 10:20 PM however I had submitted online claim form on 31/03/2018).



    My service tenure with my employer Eteam Inc. (aka M/S Eteam Infoservices Pvt. Ltd./ Eteam Infoservices Private Limited) was from 22/05/2016 to 15/06/2017



    Here, I would like to draw your attention that two different accounts were created by system under one UAN 100749165554 for same employer mistakenly (I suppose).

    Employer details:

    ETEAM INFOSERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

    A-4 & 5, First floor

    Logix Park, Sector-16


    Noida - 201301



    Details:

    i) Member ID/Name: MNROI15773880000010588 - Claim settled and Fund Rs. 6214/- received on 16/03/2018



    ii) Member ID/Name: KDMAL02139760000001501

    - PF amount reflecting 20,789.00 (Employee Share) + 20,789.00 (Employer Share)



    - Unable to claim PF at that time in the month of 08-Mar-2018 (first claim) due to due two different Member IDs under UAN 100749165554



    Later, Member ID/Name: KDMAL02139760000001501 was merged with Member ID/Name: MNROI15773880000010588

    - TRANSFER IN - SAME OFFICE (Old Member Id:KDMAL02139760000001501)



    Subsequently, the balance PF amount reflecting 20,789.00 (Employee Share) + 20,789.00 (Employer Share) was transferred to Member ID/Name: MNROI15773880000010588.



    As I had worked with my employer during from 22/05/2016 to 15/06/2017, I wonder why my latest PF claim was rejected/declined (Member ID/Name: MNROI15773880000010588) stating with a reason 'Short Service'. If I had worked for the same employer where I received the amount from one member ID Member ID/Name: MNROI15773880000010588.



    I was expecting this PF fund to fulfill my living. But PF administration has declined my PF claim without verifying the whole case.

    Such incidents could have been with millions of PF account holder.



    Please note it is my hard earned money which I am in need of due to my dire situation. I do not have job and I need this PF fund within 2 to 3 days with no delay. My condition is such that I haven’t paid my Room rent and No extra money to continue my livelihood. It is almost like committing suicide.



    It is my humble request to the EPF department to take this matter on urgent basis so that I can get the PF fund without any hassle.

    Lastly, I am asking whose PF MRNOI180450003424 is this and who has settled it.
