Complaint Non receipt of delivery

my cunsumer no 7515576137, we had booked on 18 march 2018 and our booking no is 496661. we didinot receve delivery of our booking and online status is displaying that delivery has been done
It means that cylinder has been given to somebody else. its is requested to take strict action against these types of things.
This is our second case which we are bearing from indane distributor (Beawar gas Service)
Please deliver our cylinder.
