    We are customer of Just Dial company. "HQD & CO." No 9726767170

    We had taken 2nd Position in GST Registration which had been given to another person without informing us. And ECS has debited in our account for two times in December month. also they are charging for second position which has been given to another person.

    Need refund our amount which has been paid for 2nd position.

    Sunil Dube who is Just Dial Sales Executive has been given wrong information and due to this, two ECS had been deducted in December. In addition he has selected wrong product and services so we get request mostly for wrong key word. Also, we were taking follow up from 1 month to resolve query to Sunil Dube who is sales executive of Just Dial, but he was not pick up phone and not come over at our office. he was coming at our building but he was not come our office to sort out our problems.He said that it is company fault. and company said sunil dube is given wrong information. who is responsible for that?

    There is no customer care who has responsible person to solve query.
    after giving numerous complain, there is no even one call for problems.
    We are paying fees for services which is not given to us.
