Subject:- Request for Financial assistance through Rajya Sabha Member for construction of Model Community Centre at Amit Choudhary Memorial Sewa Sansthan, Village-Kalwa, Tehsil- Buhana, Dist-Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan).
Most Respected Madam/Sir,
1. May I take the liberty to approach you for construction of Community Centre at above address. Govt of Rajasthan Vide their letter No- P.26(1)MM 2012 dated 06 Feb 2012 & P.26(1)MM 2012 dated 10 May 2013 had recommended the case for “Jeevan Raksha Padak” to a most deserving brave boy named Amit Choudhary who lost his life at the age of 18 Years while save another youth from drowning at Jal Mahal Lake at Jaipur on 20 Dec 2011 to Govt of India giving detailed description of the incident along with recommendation from number of Ministers, MLA, Public representatives & prominent personalities of Rajasthan recommending the award for his Supreme sacrifice.
2. The Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan recognized and awarded Late Amit Choudhary for bravery on 26 Jan 2013. Similarly, Indian Council for Child Welfare also awarded him for Bravery & Gallantry for the Year 2012 in addition, DG Rajasthan Police & District Collector Jaipur as well as Jhunjhunu also awarded on 15 Aug 2013.
3. It is submitted that An area of 1200 Sq Yard has already been provided by the family for the Public Utility on Main Road ( Only 05 KM distance from Tehsil - Buhana ). Following works have been done:-
(a) Public Stage , Room for RO Plant , Amit Statue, One toilet, Volleyball & Badminton ground ,Children park , & boundary wall with two gates (In & Out) by the family.
(b) Water Tank (20KL), Bore well (Solar), RO Plant, Tree Plantation, Underground water tank 10 KL (Tanka) have been constructed by the Govt of Rajasthan adjoining the memorial.
4. In view of above, I earnestly request you to kindly grant financial assistance (Proposal of Fifty Lacs Rupees in three phase) through Rajya Sabha Member for construction of Model Community Centre which covers a group of almost 10-15 Village for this noble cause which will go a long way in boosting the moral and welfare of the general public of the area.
5. The Aim of Model Community Centre is attached as appendix “A” to this letter.
