    I have been a regular customer of royal oak. I've purchased many items ..this time pathetic service so I've decided never to shop at royal oak. I ordered on 5th July. delivery of items are late .. technician doesn't turn up for 10days . ridiculous!

    I made an online purchase of office table and chair (Model name – RoyalOak Vegas Office Chair with Black & Grey Upholstery and RoyalOak Bell Office Table with Honey Brown Finish) on 19th June 2017, from the website of royal oak furniture (www.royaloakindia.com). full payment of rs.10,980/- was paid by credit card at the time of booking and the receipt/confirmation of my order was received by return mail from the company having order ref no. 11379474479900, with estimated date of delivery 2 weeks from the booking date. For more than 30 days now, they are asking for more time for delivery and not responding to my emails properly.
    They say they cannot refund the money. They don't give the owner's number.
    This is highly embarrassing incident!!!

    I bought Bunker bed for the occasion of Rakhi for my kids. The product which we saw in shop was good without any termite removed filling, without any cracks.
    I received bunker bed and the quality of product was not good and not similar as I saw in shop.
    The whole purpose of buying a product from shop is to get the product which has been displayed and not getting whatever is coming by luck as in online shopping.
    My experience with royal oak is not good.
    As per our discussion on phone with customer services I sent images of the product.
    Below are the important faults due to which I can not accept the product:
    1. Base slabs have crack in it, which makes it not a safe product to use.
    2. Powder post beetles wood damage, not at all accepted. It was not in the product which was on display .
    3. Wood damaged by termites. It can damage my other furniture too and also not good for kids health.
    4. Scratch on the product, it might be fixable but I have not brought second hand product.
    Overall the quality of wood is 2nd grade or may be lower.
    The product which is on display in shop has been in good condition with no termites and other bugs issue also no crack.
    It seems that I have been cheated as a customer by a so called standard shop "royal oak".
    I don't want to accept this product not want someone to repair it as this is new product.
    I raised this issue when the technician came to fix the bed for the first time. I asked him not to fix it as this is not the product which we wanted. Issue is open till now and it has not been resolved till now. All they are saying is to change 2 base plates but no other part.
    There customer service persons are very rude to talk, they dont even listen a customer is saying. There employes give them wrong information.
    After making it clear that they will change all the decided parts, a person called from RoyalOak from 8618295916 at 11:59 am and told me that he will come around 5pm to exchange the parts. I stayed at home during that time. He didnt turned up. I called him at 5:15pm and asked about his whereabouts. He told that he is on sarjapur road and will be at my home in an hour. I waited again for 2 hours at home for him to turned up. But neither he turned up nor he bothered to call me to tell me his plan. I called again around 7:15pm, I called 5 times but he didn't pick the call.
    He didn't even bothered to inform me. If he could have made it clear in the morning or even at 5 that he is not able to come today then at least i don't need to change my plan and could have finished my work.
    Next day when I sent email to their customer services, their response was "Yesterday our technician had called and told that he is coming to your place with mattress strip but you have not allowed them to come to your place".
    I am all fed up to chase them for this case.
    I waited for long time to buy wooden bunk bed, only because I wanted to buy a bed without any termite removed filling, without any cracks, but at the end I have got the bed with full of these, with bad experience of customer services.
    If it would be a good respected company they should offer the return on the product on first instance when their customer was not satisfy of the bad product which they have supplied.

    Hi,

    This is in reference to "Forzza Alfred Book Shelf Oak" purchase and assembly on 21st Oct 2017. Your carpenter Ranjaya Sharma came for the set up on this day. He took Rs 6000/- (Cash -1000/- & 5000/-) for getting a cabinet done for us. Once I made a online transfer on 21st Oct 2017, he started avoiding my calls and then he changed his mobile number. I have the proof of online transfer to his ICICI Bank account. We are now planning to register a police complaint in the local police station as he never called up back and its a case of fraud.I have also registered a complaint in Amazon as you guys are sellers and Ranjaya is your employee.

    Please don't employ such employees.

    I have purchased a bed and shoe rack. After several days Royaloak sends a guy for assembling both the bed and shoe rack.

    The shoe rack came with no handle and the bed came with some missing screw and nails.

    The guy who came for assembling it is demanding additional payment of Rs 550 for the nails and the handle for the shoe rack will be given at a later date.

    I have purchased the bed and shoe rack in full paying the total amount on 29th of May 2018. I don't have to pay additional money for nail and handle.

    When I called the customer support, the manager says that the nails are additional and I have to pay for it. Also, the handle will be given once they have it.

    This is unfair for a leading furniture company for cheating its customer.

    I will be forced to hold the payment through my bank till I get my full purchased products.

    I will not recommend anyone to buy products paying an advance payment because you don't what they deliver.

    In future I may not want to deal with Royal Oak AT ALL. Really bad experience I had. Ordered a side table on 17th Jun 2018. Received on 24thJun2018 after multiple calls. And now no customer care says installation will take place after 72 hrs.
    Is this the timeline you follow. If yes, please be practical and mention this from the beginning.

    We bought a 3door wardrobe 3 weeks ago. We have called multiple times for the service, there is no proper response from customer care then went ahead emailed our concern. Then they assigned a technician, technician he called up 3 days ago till now he didn’t turn up. When I tried to reach him again, he was least bothered to answer my called, I called him several times. After continuous follow up, he was reckless and asked us to reach out to customer care again. What’s the point in purchasing your product and I don’t see any support or service from your end. I will never recommend any one to your product and your services. There is no value for the customers voice at all.

    I purchased 4 seater dining table from their Banaswadi, bangalore showroom. After installation, I found one chair is defective. I raised the complaint and asked them to replace it. They told me that they will take the decision once the technician confirms that. They closed my complaint without visiting my home and without inspecting the chair. And when I called them back they denied the replacement. They are cheating the peoples and selling their defective stuff like this.

    This is a complaint regarding royal oak glass mounted dining table with tilted steel legs, which I purchased online about 2 years ago at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) . The legs of the table have been wobbling and then one of the leg came out completely, making the glass table almost tilt turtle and about to fall. Since fitting steel legs under glass require some technique, I am not able to fix it at all. I have complained it to customer care but nobody is listening and responding. Can you please tell me what should I do with this product of yours? I need action from your side to get it repaired as soon as possible.

    Sad to inform you , that , on 16-02-20 we purchased Texas Queen Size bed from your Ejipua Koramangala layout. at the time of purchase sales man promised and ensured us that said bed is made with Sheesham wood , this was the only reason we purchased this product because he said more than 10 times that product is made with sheesham wood and its life will be 20 years like this he makes promises , on 24-02-20 when bed installation person came we asked him about wood he confirms that this wood is not sheesham its Compressed wood and its not durable as well .... then me and my husband called on store that Sales person who said him self as Assistant Manger , denying that he sahid it was sheesham wood , and misbehaving with us .....what the hell is this Iam continuously sending mails and calling on Customer care no one helping us , as well as no revert received , you guys paying with us ,,, it being more that 15 days we still sleeping on floor , its harassment kind of thing ,
