    Am order emergency medicine in Tarnaka medplus opp:Bank of baroda that time store people are given the commitment to handover the medicine before 14.00 hrs now time 17.15 still medicine not reached to store its any emergency medicine why the people are given the wrong commitments

    I was prescribed to take 15 tablets but the medplus medical store person refused to give the 15 tablets but asked me to buy full strip which was not required to me. She even took the picture of my prescription which contained my personal information and when enquired abt taking picture of prescription i was told that it's mandatory to take picture copy of the prescriptions. Kindly revert back to this query.

    Tampered Product delivered at Medplus MUGALIVAKKAM outlet by Ganesh:

    We have ordered one box of zarelto 20mg tablets each contains 2 strips of 14 tablets each .
    When ever we are ordering this medicine the box is tampered and even after repeated complaint to the Medplus store at mugalivakkam, Chennai outlet they seems to be careless about it and they are informing us that the medicine gets deivered to their store without box and only 2 loose strips is getting delivered to their stores from their warehouse. When we have ordered the same from other shops it come with proper packing without tampering.
    We have a doubt that something is fishy about the tampering and duplicate product is mixed instead of the original product.
    Request you to pls take appropriate action and a feedback to me on this issue will be highly appreciated.
    Each box cost is 4060/- and after spending this much we dont want to get any duplicate product from reputed brand like yours.

    every month I purchase Rs3000 worth medicines from your rythu bazaar kamala nagar hyderabad. now it is under red zone due to caron pandemic it is containment zone hence I went to your subhadranagar vanasthalipuram branch. but the staff is very arrogant not inclined to sell medicines. sitting in group all the staff including lady staff chit chatting but not cared to answer my queries bluntly refused to cooperate and to sell medicines and directing to go to red tank which is under red zone. under these circumstance I contacted over phone to your outlets with Mob no7660027040 but refused to home delivery. under these circumstances I request to make arrangement to home delivery of medicines and take severe action of both the utslets of rythu bazaar and subhadranagar other wise there will be no other alternative for to purvhase from applo pharmacy every month due to poor customer conscious of medplus thanking

    Hello Team,
    Today I visited MED Plus Mirjalguda - Malkajgiri Phamacy at 4:15 PM with the requirements of 1200/-rs Medicines.

    To my surprise there was only one pharmacist available watching Mobile. When I asked for medicines and he asked me to wait 30mins or come after as he is busy and had to have lunch.

    I stepped out with great disappointment and would like to take a strict action on such lazy pharmacist who is not bothered in doing his responsibilities and busy in watching mobile nad having lunch.

    I don't think 1200/-rs is a great loss to MedPlus but yes.. If it continues it will loose it's customers..

    I later went to Apollo near by and got my required medicines.

    I would appreciate if someone calls me and take the pharmacist on other call and do enquire.

    Please terminate job of tall ;lady always wearing saree near Indian overseas branch near nirmal nagar as she is irritating customer by passing comments on customers' look, dress sense etc. On asking she says we staff were something else in local laaguage.

    It is about the weighing scale I had purchased - vide your Invoice 22230426603****(indelible) on 16.09.2022 - from your store - INORBBI00034. It was one unit of Eagle digital weighing scale - Model No: EEP1007A. Since the machine gave erratic readings, I brought this to your knowledge.
    I was advised by phone to send video clips, but later on I was asked to give back the item at the store from where it was purchased.
    I went to the store with the material, but the gentleman at the counter refused to accept it. It was humiliating and I had to come back.
    If you have a solution to mitigate the issue, please advise.

    I was asked to submit a video clip. Since it could not be worked out, I was advised to deliver the item at the store from where it was purchased. I took the machine to the store on 02.01.2023 and to my utter disappointment, I was refused by the person at the counter of the store.

    If you do not have any means to address effectively the issue, I will request you to refrain from humiliating further.
