    Dear Sir/Madam
    We are very very sorry to inform you that my new PNG connection BP No. is 7000268869.
    I have submitted all documents & chargeable fee on 19.09.2020, after that I have received a call from Mr. Pawan (Mobile No. 8750009127) he is an area supervisor.
    My supervisor  Mr. Pawan (Mobile No. 8750009127) got a call 10 times to install my PNG meter, but still he did to install my PNG meter, lying on 10 times.
    Then when I compiled, another person went to install my PNG meter on 08.11.2020.
    After this, again the same lyer Supervisor Mr Pawan (Mobile No. 8750009127) got a call and then he was lying on the same way. but have not started my PNG connection yet.
    Therefore, you are requested  to take strong action against supervisor Mr. Pawan (Mobile No. 8750009127) and please start my PNG connection ASAP.

    My third bill amount of approx 7000+ for 26 days is not correct and idiotic/Insane as for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

    I did follow up customer care multiple times and raised complaints also but didn't get any conclusion till now, I got only assurance to fix it but no action done from your side. i am getting incremental bills from your side and notification to pay bill everyday.

    It is like mental torture for me and risk for my health.

    Please fix this bill asap.

    I Dr MK WAHI resident of Mahindra park ShakurBasti delhi-34 Ist floor ,opposite sharma tent house, given a call to customer care representative for png connection in ist week of oct 21 ,the representative came on 9 th 0ct 21 for collection of documents ,a copy of Aadhar card, and electricity bill ,along with cheque of rs 7000 issued from bank of Baroda Safdarjung hospital branch, amount was credited into IGLtd account on 10/11/21. but till date no installation, on enquiring from customer care register mobile no 9310448880, 8700742865. and e mail id mkwahi@gmail.com , not showing registration.so kindly look into the matter, and expedite the process.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is to intimate that installation of IGL PNG pipe line and meter are done on our building Thirumala Apartment K -48, K Block, Gali No 6B which is located in Mahipalpur Exten New Delhi 110037. The total 13 Flats owner installed with IGL PNG meter. (Flat No 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, 302, 303, 304, 401, 402,403 and 404) this work is pending prior to first Covid 19 lockdown.

    The main connection from underground (road) to building is still pending even repeated reminder through customer care No 1800 102 5109 and there is no action taken by the IGL. The domestic consumer nearby our flats is already connected.
    You are requested look into this pending work in the last two years.

    Sir, Today your meter reader visited to my residence SRC 48A, Shipra Rivirra, Gyan Khand III, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad for meter reading.I was giving him photo snap of meter but he has not accepted saying that meter no. is not visible and asked me to send on his WhatsApp no., while it is clearly visible if we see in large size. He send a message that the bill will come on average basis. I can send the photo snap on any other WhatsApp no. if you provide and you can see that it is very much visible.

    Carelessness for Installation of PNG Connection by Ishwar Singh:

    Sir,
    My BP Number is 6000151144. Please refer to my Service Request No 9906765565 and 9906807377 generated for D/EC-DELAYED/EARLY CONNECTION. On receipt of email about closure of my requests I called Customer Care No 1800-419-5109 which was mentioned in the email immediately. I got the reply that my mobile number was not connected and my flat was found locked on both the days. Let me clear you that no one from IGL called me and no one has come at all to my flat. My flat is not locked at all since last one month. I am Chief Administrator of Prakash Group of Hospitals and Institutes and receive approximately 100 mobile calls per day on the same mobile number i.e. 9958308455. It is a false, repeated and routine excuse. In view of the above, I request you to take the appropriate action against defaulters and to install my PNG Connection at the earliest.

    It shall be highly thankful to you.

    After completing all formalities and making initial payment, Mechanic from IGL called at ours and advised to get our Stove PNG compliant from the market which we did. Then he demanded charges of Rs.250/- for making connection operational which I refused in absence of proper Bill and he left without doing the needful. This way I am put to lot of inconvenience as my Stove is not now working on LPG.
    For last 2 days despite of taking up with Customer Care Centre, no help is forthcoming. Now I feel sorry for not having paid the amount to Mechanic. I request you to please depute the Mechanic. I shall now be paying the desired amount.
