i already have 8gb net balance in my phone and I have a net offer of 256 rupees we get 10gb for 28 days for 3 recharges before June 30 .now I have done with 2 recharges now I activate my 3rd recharge. but my already having net balance is gone and the net offer is not activated. please help me with this complaint

Dear Idea Co., my mobile no. is 9912595252. I had recharged on 24-09-2017 for fulltalktime of mrp rs.402/-.
but today i get a message that my balance is rs.74./-
What is this, i had not opted for 1gb or any other offers. I wanted just full talk time thats it.
And i being an advocate..where is this Supreme Court order that you had been claiming that i should register my aadhar no. to the mobile? which i had taken 10-12 years back??
If this balance is not clarified..I am going to approach the Consumer forum..

I am using this number since 2003 . But no proper offers to me. I am planing to shift to other network. This is worst. Because new customers are having best plans. But I am almost using idea since 2003. There is no best plans.

I am your customer from July 2016.
Every month my bill is less than Rs. 300/-. In the month of Nov '17 the bill revived was 1700+ when i asked customer care they are telling I have spoken an international call so the bill is 1700+. which i am unable to understand.
Kindly correct my bill and resend . I have not spoken any international call.
