I booked Salem to Hyderabad at 7.15am.i came late five minutes in boarding point because heavy traffic.before I informed orange travels office.but they started bus . they not refund my money.i lost 2000 rs........they not wait five minutes.... orange travels waste,fraud

I booked ticket in orange travels hydrabad to trichy .my wife and one daughter and sun .I booked two sleeper tickets because both children can't sleep without mother.this I am going lost 3years .suddenly one driver told my wife take another one ticket or get down the bus .another one driver give 1000rupees we can manage because you may take ticket it is 2000rupees plus don't tell any body we will manage .my wife also don't have option she paid 1000rupees it is not acceptable .I have very good intention in orange travels frequently I can travel Salem to hyderabad.you are not solve the issue I never book your bus and I will take it up very serious way

I had booked a ticked from Hyderabad to Bangalore with Orange Tours and Travels for 06.06.2022 at 05.40 pm, through redbus.
Ticket No. TR6Z76823254; PNR 139993867.
At the eleventh hour, I received a phone call from you stating that my bus is cancelled due to "technical reasons";
The caller did offer me alternate bus, which was not suitable to me at all; finally I had to agree for 6.45 pm bus as I have no other alternative at that late hours (the caller has not offered refund of bus fare for the cancellation);
When I started my journey towards the pick-up point, I received a message stating that the bus is delayed by one hour again; bus finally started at 8.00 pm.
seat offered to me was double seat, which was not at all comfortable; bus stopped for dinner at NON-VEG restaurant and myself being vegetarian, not able to take dinner ( all buses to my knowledge stop for breakfast/lunch/dinner at vegetarian restaurants);
The bus arrived at the destination at 5.45 am, which is more than 2 hours late;
Your office at Mehdipatnam has no knowledge of the cancellation of bus; they are not having any information about bus timings; all that they are saying is "bus will come".. what a pity for an office to function..
The red-bus (your agent) was not at all co-operating in finding a solution; they give automated replies which is not a reply at all.
I had to reschedule my day's programme at Bangalore due to all the above, causing lot of inconvenience to me/others.
I am terribly upset by the developments and decided to block your travels from my list of favorites;
I owe an explanation from you for the above.
