Complaint against charging high by Mohamed yasar arafath:

Today i had my haircut at Green trends, Saibaba colony, Coimbatore. They charged me 325rupees even i have a membership card. Every month they charge me only 195rupees but this time they charged me more. I asked them why you are charging high this time. They replied we served you hair cut and beard shaping. During beard shaping they put line in my chin that's all they did. For that work they charged me 130 rupees extra. I got angry by the way they replied. I cant even satisfied with their work. Please register a complaint against them for charging me more. My sac no is 00440209.

We regret to bring to your attention about the poor service and treatment that has been given at your Salon,Greentrend,Soubhagyanagar,Bhubaneswar.
They donot disclose about the special offer provide by them.At the time of bill they just said that you are not elegible for our freeservice because we are providing freeservice at the bill of Rs2500/- and my bill was 2390/-,just
Rs110/difference.Previously they did not disclose about that offer.If they disclosed before then definitely I availed that offer.As I m the regular customer of them.
When it came to my notice I tried to discuss these aspects with the Salon Manager Mr.Soumya and he is very arrogant and irresponsible and not willing to answer any of my queries properly.
They do not disclose about their offers,Kindly train them to give proper customer service.

I had a hair cut today at green trends only for triming my hair at the end they have charged me 300 y it's so high and they have not given me the bill too in pricing list for u cut they charge 250 but here only for trimming the hair at the ends they have charged me 300 very worst never recommend anyone for this salon

I'm Jyothi last Saturday i.e; on 4th December I have got my facial clean up service done at greentrends Proddatur branch.
Now I got seviour black marks on my nose due to blackhead removal bad technique used.
Please arrange some trained beauticians at your side so that this may not be repeated.
Till now black marks are affecting me on my nose and unable to remove my mask.
Hope will never suggest green trends to any one.

Hi ,
8th January, I took haircut in green trends chokki kulam branch, Madurai, they charged 468 rs, also they not provided bill on that time.next day I got electronic bill as 448 rs only..why they charged extra 20rs?? And not provided bill at that time???

Today I had gone to do pedicure an manicure in ashok nagar branch..
The cleaning staff was on leave..
The bathroom was stinking of urine and pedicure place was just infront of restroom..
The whole pedicure sink had stains and the parlour area itself was so dirty..I had to complain to asst.manager ..
And then during billing I happened to mention it to the manager..
I must say his attitude was not good at all...instead of being polite he was rude and said u can complain.
One of the worst customer service I have come across..
All the girls working there do an excellent job ..but because of this manager I am sure the place is going to suffer..

Today I had gone for services..
The toilet was stinking and the whole service area was not clean ..the pedicure tub had stains..
I raised a complain to asst.manager..she was sweet and said helper is on leave..
He same I complained while paying the bill to manager.

He says we have no choice and started arguing with me..and told me I can complain ..
Such attitude in his service should be first put to an end ..he was very rude and said why am I complaining so many times..
All he could have told is..mam, this will not happen again..instead he has this attitude of manager..
Girls woking there are good .
But manager does not fit in that place

I have a membership card which i bought in komarapalayam , they said it's valid forever and it is applied in all the branches . Usually for haircut and trim they charge Rs.305 in komarapalayam, tamilnadu .
I visited kottivakam, Chennai branch they had charged Rs.425 for the same service !
I am green trends customer more than 10 years , i am really disappointed with this !
I would like to know why did they charge much here! My number is 9994888911! I can provide more details if you call me .
This is totally unfair , if you buy a bata slipper all over India it is of same price unlike this!
All this while i was suggesting my friends and family members to visit green trends!
I'm not going to recommend green trends to anyone anymore!
A strict action on this is required !

I had hair cut for my 12 yrs niece in this Green Trends pallapalayam erode..i dunno what type of cut is this..when i asked her to correct it she replied with high tone how long to do one U cut...as though i have gone for free cut ..for this worst cut they charged 370bugs

I went to Greentrends two days back to EVN Road Branch, Erode. They charged Rs 10,000 for cutting, shaving, dyeing and Skin lightening. Immediately They decolored the dye when they was doing skin lightening. I asked him that he never receive our message what I tried to tell him. Instead of that he ( Mr Selvam Greentrends staff) tried to convince me that what he did is correct. I frustrated and came out. Very worst approach by him and wasted Rs 10,000. Please teach him about the customer handling and how to speak. He behaved like a 100 Rs local Saloon.

I have taken smoothening on 1st December'22 in NM road branch the service person name was Ms.Eshwari , i had a bad service on the day,and more over After the first was my hair looks very normal I am really disappointed with their service. I have paid 4200/- inclusive of tax I need my money back again.
I have already done smoothening in green trends Tambaram branch near pondy bazar..i had a best service and I referred my cousin and friends.
My only mistake I felt it's near by my office I have taken this but total waste

I am writing this mail with my painful heart and words come from my pain , Sir actually i'm one of previous employee in green trends kurnool , befor employee in green trends i am one of you customer , Some franchise issue i left from my job , After my resignation from my job i just visiting kurnool green trends for taking service but franchise owners are not allowing me to take service in kurnool green trends and they are scold employees from giving service to me , These is very bad behaviour with customer i never see in my life , So its my humble request to concern team , Kindly look into this issue and take necessary precautions. I am really saying I have never seen such kind of behaviour in my life. Hope it will not repeat again with anyone for this kind of si… On 11/03/2023 i take haricut hair color service i paid 998/- but they are not provide bill to customers.
