I have not received my CORAL Credit Card despite various assurances given by the representatives from time to time. Besides, the company has already charged me ₹ 1000/- in my credit card statement but have not taken pains to ensure that the card is delivered to me at my residence before charging me for the same. I hope the bank will justify its action.
