I have received a call from mobile no 08601169459 - Mr Abhishek - calling from Mumbai - SBI Credit Card Verification department . Address 4th floor, 909, Raheja Appt., Nariman Point , Mumbai - 400021
They are asking for Card No / CVV / OTP etc.
Whether this call is official from SBI credit card or NOT?.

Every time taking the documents but this time Ayesha had already checked briefly that the documents were authorised and she said that your CIBIL is OK so You can provide the docuemnts she promised this time you give thedocuemnt it will 100% you will get the Credit Card and also aadhar card by online I had checked with her so she said it is in process u will receive within 15 days. When I tried to call she ignore the call and give the call to the Manager ie. Mayuri You can contact her on this number ie. 9967508098 as per mayuri reply it was not proper answer.
Like other banks they tell us directly whether we are capable for the credit card or not
Just to complete quota don't take the document it is valuable for us
So Please take urgent action and reply for the same

Dear Sir, Last month about Rs 550 were debited in my credit card statement and no one has been able to explain me the working on that. The only answer that I get is just that the interest charge is Rs 3.35% p.m. but how it has been worked out, no one tells. I think the customer has every right to know how the figure has been derived at. Can you please help me.
