    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am maintaining a savings account bearing account number 51280100006047 in the name of of Asha Devi with your Baroda UP Gramin Bank, Katka Khanpur branch (5128) coming under regional office Sultanpur. On 16.10.2021, through mobile banking I transferred amount of rupees 50000 in two transaction of Rs 25000 each from my account to one of the savings account which is maintained with Bank of Baroda fagoli branch, Uttar Pradesh. But by mistake, instead of sending money to Ac No 47540100006000 (BOB Fagoli Branch), it was sent to Account No. 4154010000 6000 ( BOB Preet Vihar Branch).

    When i came to know about this matter, i given an application letter to Branch Manager Mrs Urmila Mishra, regarding reversal/ recredit of amount to my account on 29.10.2021. Inspite of many visits and followup with Branch Manager, no steps have been taken by branch manager to bring my hard earned money back to my account. Whenever i am enquiring the status of my application, Branch Manager is not giving any satisfactory answer.

    Sir , i am physically Handicapped woman, i can not walk , my both legs were affected due to polio. I am single, nobody is there in my family to help me in this matter. It is very difficult for me to go every time to go to branch for followup this matter.

    As per Banking Ombudsman rule, customer's can be resolved within 30 days from receipt of the complaint. In my case , i given application on 29.10.2021 but more than one month over. Till now no solution has come in this matter. I have personally taken up the matter with concerned branch BOB Preet Vihar Delhi Branch, where by mistake money was sent. Bank official of BOB Preet Vihar is saying that your Branch Manager should forward your request along with Branch recommendation. Based on that, we will reverse the amount. But Branch Manager of Katka Khanpur Branch is doing follow up properly.

    I request you to kindly advise Branch Manager of Katka Branch to do follow up of this matter seriously and recredit the amount to my account at the earliest other i will be compelled to take this matter to RBI Banking Ombudsman, Chief Minister Office( CMO), Prime Minister Office (PMO) and Department of financial services ( DFS).
